About the event
Our Cajun menu celebrates the classical dishes usually lured from the swamps and bayous and tossed into a black iron pot. These local Cajun treasures include Catfish, Jumbo shrimp, crawfish, andouille sausage, grits and yes even alligator.
Start your Louisiana journey with a rich gumbo stew made daily by Chef Joe. Then move on to one of our made to order appetizers including tender alligator bites or Cajun Popcorn (batter dip crawfish tails), shrimp & grits, or catfish sticks.
Dinner Specialties include Jambalaya (chicken & spicy andouille sausage over rice); Iron Pan-Blackened Grouper, Shrimp & Crawfish Creole (crawfish and gulf shrimp awakened by a roux, spices, herbs, tomatoes, peppers and onions), Crawfish Etouffee (tender tail meat smothered in veggies, herbs & spices); and Pan Fried Catfish -- just to name a few! All entrees include dirty rice, pepper hash, hushpuppies, French & corn bread and award-winning service from your servers!
